Omega 431.50.41.21.13.001 wrist watches news:
This past week in a special presentation ceremony held at the Tourneau Time Machine flagship store on 57th Street in Manhattan, JEANRICHARD unveiled a special limited edition timepiece called the "208 Seconds" commemorating The Miracle On The Hudson - which was the plane that had an emergency river landing and was piloted by captain Sully.JEANRICHARD has had an official brand ambassador relationship with Captain Chesley Sullenberger, hero pilot of US Airways Flight 1549 for the past year.? Sully, as he is known to his legion of fans, is an unpaid spokesperson and brand ambassador who chose to align with JEANRICHARD for what he considers to be similarities in their mutual ¡°Philosophy Of Life.¡±? Since the widely publicized emergency landing on the Hudson River in January of 2009, Sully has become a public figure and proponent of several major charity organizations, including the American Red Cross and the Roy Staunton Foundation, which champions the development and implementation of guid
Coming to you live from the south of France, where I was just shown a brand new limited edition Blancpain chronograph that has a lot going for it. Its official name is the Ocean Commitment Bathyscaphe Flyback Chronograph, but what it is to us collectors is a limited edition take on the new Bathyscaphe chrono shown at Basel this year with an awesome new high-beat, in-house chronograph. There is a lot to like here, and on top of this new watch, Blancpain also announced a massive, 475-page chronicle of the entire history of the Fifty Fathoms, the very first modern dive watch. 2 OF 4 First, the watch. This limited run of 250 watches features a gorgeous blue dial, with blue ceramic bezel. But what is most interesting (IMHO) is that while the case looks like either brushed steel or titanium, it is neither. It is, in fact, a matte grey ceramic. It's light and tough, but with the look of traditional materials. This new piece looks fantastic, and I think it's easily my fav
I want my next watch to be a "proper" dress watch and as such it needs to have a leather strap in my view.I would love to buy this one (I believe it is a 116139):But there's simply no way I could do it without unleashing the wrath of my wife and seriously endangering my financials. So, is there a way to get a hold of this Rolex croc straps and strap them to a ss datejust?I've seen many ss datejusts with leather straps, but I feel it looks weird since there is an empty space at the lugs and the clasp (ot tang) won't look like the real thing.Any ideas?
My mother gave me this LeCoultre womens watch she said belonged to my Great-Grandmother. What I am trying to find out is, how old it is and what it's worth. I do know that my mother had it serviced in the mid 90's and that it works now. It has a hand wound mechanical movement and what looks to be the original box. I am fairly certain that the bracelet is not original. It says "USA" and 10k g.f. on the back. The watch back says 10k gold filled as well. I have no other papers except the service slip from 90's. Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks!!!Sorry for the poor photos. The watch is very small and I don't have Macro.
