Omega 422.13.41.50.04.001 wrist watches news:
Hello, All! Hope everything's going well in OmegaLand, home of perfection! I have a couple quick questions about the Speedy. Since this is not a diver's watch, I'm assuming it does NOT have a screw-down crown? Also, regarding the sub-dials, I know the one that reads 1-60 is the seconds. I'm just not 100% sure of what the other two are.. the one from 1-30 is minutes, I'm assuming? And the subdial from 1-12 is the one that confuses me the most. Is this measuring 1/10 of a second? Or 1/12 of a second? Or something else? Any clarification and/or explanations would be appreciated!
and specs reply for me to take a look at?I sure would appreciate the photo's and a brief review of the specs of this model, as well as the best advice on where to buy at the most reasonable price since this thing is up there to begin with, and any thoughts you would like to share about it.Thanks gents, Jim
With the 8500 calibre taking off like crazy, what should the new old stock POs, be going for?Looking for 45 on 0range-Orange.
Guy's,I have been offered one of these for sale but i have no idea what they are worth. What would you suggest is a sensible price? Being a vintage watch I know it is hard to guess values but any help would be appreciated.
Is it true that when ADs discount a watch significantly because it¡¯s a discontinued model (in this case the discontinued DJII) Rolex pulls its warrenty? That¡¯s what my AD told me today that she would give me a full 5 year warranty but through the AD not through Rolex and that I would not get the warranty card!!It¡¯s a BNIB watch with a really nice discount (almost 30%) Is the above true?Does it make sense?Should I go for it?Is it an issue Not having the Rolex warranty card ?Thanks
