Omega 52905007 wrist watches news:
Hi to everyone, I'm new to this forum but I'm now officially a Hamilton owner as I just bought a rose gold Jazzmaster Auto Chrono which I wanted to share with you guys here. It just called out to me with its timeless elegance at the AD. It's a 7753 movement, 42mm diameter excluding crown. I've not checked its accuracy yet at the moment since I'm not too particular over it. It gets lots of wrist time from me. Pictures are attached, sorry for the specky pictures since I'm not an expert photographer
OK, so I've owned a Speedmaster 3570 before, but this time I scored a Limited Edition, only 2500 pieces of this one made.Edition 1994, the 25th anniversary after the Apollo XI landingplete set with papers and box + patch, stickers, and history book.Enjoy a few quick pics:
That 2018 may fulfill all our watch dreams.
I know there has been 1,000 threads regarding the new vs old Explorer II size but I was hoping you guys could help me out. I¡¯m relatively new to watch collecting. My only other watch is a two line 14060M. I do have a Luminox Jolly Roger but that¡¯s more of a novelty. I was looking to add an Explorer II Polar to the collection but feel the 40 is just a hair too small and the 42 is a hair too big. I¡¯ve included a couple of wrist shots of each and hoping to get some advice as to which looks better. The maxi dial on the 42 isn¡¯t ideal but with the smaller no date sub I thought it might be a nice contrast. Thanks for all your advice!
I of course say this joking bc I really enjoy my TRF bros (about 97.5% of us) BUT I got to thinking the last couple if days about our obsession/addiction to this hobby. I was looking at a recent thread posted here about what we would acquire this year and what we had flipped this past year. I was actually embarrassed to admit to all the moves a did this past year. Like really, I cant make up my mind and just enjoy my watches and ride off into the sunset with a 2 or 3 watch collection and never look back. NOPE!!! I recently served a suspension here and gave some serious thought to purposely getting myself banned for life to remove the source of temptation but I just couldn't do it. It's funny bc Ive been in the same occupation for 20 years, married to one woman for 23 years, and overall I'm not a big fan of change. I do some car changes but nothing too rash. When it comes to watches, I throw all of this out of the window and make decisions that make no sense as Ive some exact models two
