Omega 145.013 wrist watches news:
Interesting post by KevinC regarding watches that you weren't interested in, but then became more & more 'obsessed' with (sometimes culminating in purchasing said object of desire :)).Okay, how about the opposite? How many of you have seen pictures of watches (or on someone's wrist) that you fell in love with, or just HAD to have...? Only to finally try one on - and it JUST DIDN'T 'CLICK'? Whether it was too small, too big, too blingy, too boring, 'wrong' colour or whatever reason. What made it wrong for you?Example: The Rolex SeaDweller (not DSSD) has been one of my 'grails' for a long time. I finally got the chance to try one on recently andwell the hype just didn't live up to the reality (and by hype I mean self-induced hype). The best I could come up with was that it just looked too small on my wrist, even though I'm sure it's the same size as other watches I have. I did try on a GMT Master II and it felt/looked perfectbut that's a story for another thread I know the seadweller i
Actually, it's here already. Been trying choose my first automatic lately, when I came across a great review on the Tissot Heritage Visodate on another forum. And it really pressed all the right buttons for me. I really like the simple elegance of it, and the way it combines modern and retro design elements. So, yesterday I visited a local AD, and came home with this:
hi there:does anyone know what are the exact for AP regular diver strap and shorten diver strap?the reason why i'm asking is because the regular if i buckle at 3 hole is too loose but if i buckle it at 2 hole then is too tight for my wrist. i've 7 wrist.i'm not sure if the shorten Diver strap would be a great fit for me?please let me if you've similar experience.thank you so muchAlex
Bought purely on its classic looks, and Omega's reputation in the 40s, 50s and 60s, a 1952 Seamaster with bumper winding and subsidiary seconds. I know nothing about these, any knowledge / comments would be appreciated..finewatchco/OmegaSeamasterSMT1010.html
