- It is a stunning and beautiful watch. I looks classy and elegant yet not too formal nor rugged. It doesn't shout out loud unlike some of the other models from this company. This one's a keeper.

- Perfect weekend watch - looking forward to testing if it really is water resistant. Band is plenty long for my 7+ inch wrist. Comfy and decent looking.

Omega Omega 52413 wrist watches news:
...and boy are my arms tired! Oh boy, that one was bad. Anyway, I'm back from my cruise and thought I'd post an interesting tidbit here: the Captain and First mate were Omega fans! I was wearing the Aqua Terra during a tour of the bridge and noticed Viktor (the First Mate) and Lars (the Captain) both had SMPs. I got to hang out after the group left and talk a little more details about the instruments, and found the Viktor is also a watch guy. He had a 2254.50 and the Captain had a blue Bond. Pictures coming later, I promise.
My wife surprised me with an early birthday present today:I've wanted one of these since I first saw a picture of one a few years ago....what a cool, classic look!Another view:A shot of the cal. 69 movement:Looks clean and runs. However, when I put the watch on my timegrapher, it's clear she needs some TLC...the amplitude is weak and the beat error is bad:SO, as much as I want to wear this one, it's off to my watchmaker for service.....thanks for letting me share my newest pickup with the group!Greg
I¡¯ve been wanting to see a Rolex 116610LV in person, but unfortunately have been unable to find one to handle. I¡¯m strongly considering buying one but the thing that worries me is that I¡¯m a darker skin tone (Indian) and I¡¯m not sure if the green will look good on me. I don¡¯t want to spend the money and end up hating it. I¡¯m not really sure what I¡¯m looking for, but if anyone with a darker complexion offer their input or provide me with a few pics, it¡¯d be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
I'm looking to update my 31mm DJ (78243) with a custom meteorite dial. So far all my Rolex have original dials but since my DJ is very simple and I want to add some sparkle in it, I thought I may add a different dial in it but not sure how much will it affect the value or looks. Other than cost and value, is there anything else I need to think before I go ahead and buy the dial.https://.ebay/itm/Rolex-midsi...gAAOSwk5FUtd27
