- The watch was a gift for my nephew and it was very well received. I too thought the watch was very attractive and appeared to be of very high quality. We'll see if the durability stands the test of time, badumpbump.

Omega Omega 7497 wrist watches news:
Guys, I had just posted in the WTB section and I now realize that I do not have 10 postings! I am looking for an hour hand for a Hamilton "Drake", can anyone help me? Thanks, Norm
Okay, I'm trying to understand why someone would buy a watch box. Is it because they lost, misplaced, or tossed theirs? Why else would someone pay good money for a Rolex or PP watch box? I see these on sale regularly on watch sales forums and have often wondered why.
Looks like Casebudi finally came out with a smaller case. It's 1.5 inches high. The small Oakley watch vault is 1.75 inches high and the large is 2.25 inches high. Score for ROs?!?!?! Wonder if it's too small...?.amazon/CASEBUDi-Watch.../dp/B009EEQ55C
Have been staying away from AP for a while. Good to be back with this beauty.I actually bought a SS Novelty yesterday. Sold it back to seller today and got this instead. Will use this piece as a beater! Hope it will hold up well.I am happy man now.
Bear with me guys. I know very little about these watches. I had a brief love affair once, but it was short lived. I¡¯m recently loving these watches again, and debating picking something up. I was just killing time and saw a 1940 657 and I really liked it. At 45mm that¡¯s typically very big for me. But because of the slim profile, it fit super. Curious what the consensus is on the 1940 line. Also Chadri prefers the 1950 Luminor. So I started looking at those. I like them too. And at 44mm options I¡¯m getting just a tiny bit smaller. But are they as slim as the 1940?I tend to like a second hand and a date. Don¡¯t care about a GMT, but I won¡¯t kick it out of the watch box for having that complication. Lume and the ability to change out straps is super important to me. There appears to be so many to choose from, I¡¯d appreciate any thoughts from you PAM experts. Thanks,
