I have a HENO pocket watch. I have done as much research as I know how to and I can't find much to help. I have some photo's I am embeding but they are not that clear. The dial face looks like porcelain with the word HENO at top center. There are two men with two cows between them. The hours are roman numeral. The hands and second hand are gold and the minute inlays are gold. Not sure if they are real gold though.face.jpgThe back is engraved with a milk maid and two cows in a barn. Just below her feet is engraved DEP MUGUENIN.back.jpgIt has a door for a picture to be displayed. Need some help with a gifted Hamilton
Hello everyone, I just got an email from my parents letting me know that they'd gotten me a new Hamilton as a birthday present. They found it on Ebay, and I'm trying to figure out if it's a real one or if they just got taken. The item number comes up as correct, H74511333 but it says they're not available in the US. There is a second number listed, H001.74.511.333.01. The seller told them it is authentic, but when I enter the second H number it keeps redirecting me to replica watch sites. What can I look for to ensure that this is a real Hamilton and not a fake? Thanks!

friends,i need some expert advice on buying my first patek. here are my thoughts (a bit chaotic) and options:1)Calatrava 5296r-010 (non sector white dial): i really like this watch. but has wrist presence inspite of its rather small size, very elegant.2) annual calendars: i can get a 5396r-012 (breguet numerals, white dial) and a 5205g-010 (darker dial). i have a slight estethic preference for the 5205 but the 5396 breguet might become a future classic while that is difficullt to say about the 5205. or am i wrong?3)nautilus: i can get (actually at a fair discount) a 5711r but it does little for me. surely a great watch but the dial color is not really spectacular. the other option is a 5980 1AR-01 which - surely the most expensive watch i have under consideration- is spectacular.grateful for all thoughts...cheers peter
