I am going with some black cheese this morning.
Haven¡¯t posted very much to this forum, but have been reading for a while. I bought a 15202 steel last year and am thinking about adding a diver. I have been looking at the white/blue boutique only dial that launched in 2017. Apologies if this has been discussed at length before, but what is generally considered the taxonomy of desirable AP divers? The crazy colors from this year and last year seem too much to me. But what is considered the canonical example of a modern AP diver and how does something like the white/blue version fit in? Is the ceramic significantly better? Any thoughts appreciated. Just picked up a 5205 R Black. Still in the box unopened. Love the model, found a great deal, just not sure the black dial is the way to go. I think the black face is more formal. I am thinking about the desirability going forward. Is the black just a trend and is the white the way to go for desirability and potential having the right pieceThoughts?
Gents,Got this in the mail today. Had a laugh. It showed me all the watches they used to produce but no longer send to their ADs.Should have just showed 34OPs, TT datejusts, and diamond dialed ladies models. Happy holidays watch lovers.......Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
