Omega Omega 38577 wrist watches news:
Tissot has teamed up with their Swatch family sibling, ETA, to produce a new movement for a range of budget-minded automatic watches. The new range has been dubbed the Tissot Luxury Automatic and will include both ladies' and gents' models with an option for COSC certification. With pricing that falls squarely between stiff competition from Citizen below and Tag Heuer above, do these new Tissot models have what it takes to be a hit with casual buyers?Putting the rather flavorless naming aside, the technology here is actually noteworthy as ETA has created a new caliber that boasts a considerable 80 hour power reserve. The new ETA CO7.111, aka the Powermatic 80, is an automatic three-hander with a date complication that, as previously mentioned, is capable of COSC accuracy. The 80 hour power reserve is notable because the movement is being fitted to watches with a starting price under $900 USD.The watches are conservative and should work well as a good option for day to day wear, with st
I've been a vintage watch collector for alittle while now, specialising in old Benrus and Hamilton watches to this point. In my search for these watches, I've suprisingly come across some really nice old Timex pieces, especially there Viscount series produced between 1958 -70. I think they are gorgeous, and they are fully jeweled with mechanical movements. I think they were pretty worthy competitors to the other American manufacturers of the time. However I havn't purchased any, simply because I know it was Timex, along with Seiko and the cheaper movements they eventually came out with that pretty much put my favorite companies such as Benrus, Hamilton and every other American watch manufacturer out-of-business.So, how do real vintage collectors look back at the Timex revolution and where do there watches rank among collectors?
He's one of the chief revisionist of the World's Most Complicated Wristwatch, My question is has either made their own watch movement I know Frank Muller are base on Eta's just read Paul Bio is his base on Peseux 7001 and is purchased from Soprod. That my ? has either made ther own Movement?

Hey guys,I stopped by my AD today and I was playing with the 5980R. I noticed that when I start the chrono, the minute hand of the chrono subdial moves slowly towards the one minute mark before the center seconds hand reach 12 o clock. Is this normal? Thanks.
