Omega Speedmaster Broad Arrow 321.12.42.50.02.001 Midsize Round Stainless Steel Case Watch

Oh My Gosh ! ! ! It's a Size 0s Fahys Trench Watch with a SNAP ON GUARD, Elgin.
This ABSOLUTELY insane piece arrived in today's mail! This is a 4 piece SIZE 0s Oresilver Fahys Trench Watch Case that has the snap on shrapnel guard ! ! ! ! !I have NEVER seen one of these in a size 0s, I thought that they only made these in the smaller size 3/0s. The case is HUGE ! ! ! It measures 36mm across ! ! !I have been dealing in American military watches for awhile now and I haven't ever heard of a reference to one of these being a SIZE 0s ! ! ! I did not know that such a case existed ! ! ! This is my Holy Grail ! ! !Somebody over the years cut one of the lugs off but this can be repaired for about $50.00 and the other lug can be bent back into it's proper shape. I have taken several pictures showing how it is assembled.When it arrived it had a wrong Swiss movement inside that was the wrong size as well so I am going to put it back as close to original as possible using a time period correct American size 0s Elgin movement and military dial. I've seem to have gotten lucky with my latest Seiko purchase, an OM born in Nov. of '08. During the day it loses 5 seconds and at night, laying face up on my nightstand, it gains 5 seconds. I've had it for about three months now and this is what it's done since day one. The watch is always within a 5 second window of internet time!Anyone else have this kind of accuracy with a 7S26 B movement?

Victorinox - Dive Master 500
I hope I¡¯m in the right place with this post. I wandered into the Victorinox Swiss Army store in the Westchester mall, White Plains, NY. Nice store, but the wall with all their watches displayed was particularly very cool. Also in this upscale mall are Omega and Tourneau. These two stores I always go in and browse the show cases. Back at Victorinox my eye caught the Men's 241356 Dive Master 500 Automatic. I tried not to bat an eye when he told me it listed for $1,295.00. I did some research and actually found it at Amazon for $753.00. I can¡¯t help wondering why someone would go into Swiss Army and pay another $542 bucks. Just wondering about that and if anyone has one and did a review?

Rolex Tourneau SF
The Rolex boutique which I would call more like a shack is an embarrassment to the brand. Shreve is an another level which should be emulated. No wonder Taintneau was just sold. Maybe changes coming. :)
