- It''s a keeper. I only gave it four stars because the strap does not go enough for my wrist, which would have made it perfect; I had to add an extra hole myself. But I still love it.

Oris 7540 wrist watches news:
A few weeks ago you may recall that I notified you that aBlogtoReadwatches-dealer would be down for a bit. That was the first phase of the upgrades to make aBlogtoReadwatches-dealer faster, and more powerful for you. Well that was a band-aid compared to what I am doing now. As such, I am undergoing a more intensive full web host migration. The site will be down a bit, can't say how long. No matter what, aBlogtoReadwatches-dealer will be back and serious soon. Wish me luck!

Instead of starting new threads everytime I take a picture, I'll keep it all here.I still can't get over how much this watch changes under different lighting and viewing angles. I still love my Daytona, but it makes the Daytona seem so one dimensional.Sitting here waiting for the motorcade to run through, decided to take a few cellphone pics.Today's theme: it is ok to wear an AP with a suit. It fits nicely inside a shirt cuff.Waited 15 minutes in standstill traffic for the President to leave the WH.
Unfortunately, this is not one of those doom and gloom 'might be a price increase' threads. It has happened. I was just looking at the UK website and saw that the 233 is now ?10,400, my beloved 533 has increased from ?10,800 to ?11,300 and the 311 has gone from ?14,400 to an eye-watering ?15,300. No real surprises given that Richemont increase their prices annually. Montblanc and Cartier have also increased in the UK. However, and quite interestingly, the 533 is the same price out here as what is was when I first started hunting Panerai back in about June 2016 at S$19,150. The UK has had two Panerai price hikes since. Someone talk me through that one
