Oris 64976107164RS wrist watches news:
We know that tourbillon watches are expensive. The complex little movements are at a premium based on the difficultly of manufacture and the prestige of owning one. The bar has been set pretty high with all variations of multi axis tourbillons and flying tourbillons that give a great view of the action. What ever happened to just the basic tourbillon? Because more tourbillon watches go for $50k and up, the proprietors of such luxuries feel the need to spruce them up with lots of gilding and fancy appointments to justify the prices. That is typically the case with most tourbillon watches that feel more a like novelty than like something worth wearing on a daily basis. But it doesn't need to be that way.The Nivrel "Sea" series has always been a diver's watch line that I have admired. I know of Nivrel's reputation for high quality construction and meticulous attention to detail (what else would you expect from a serious German watch maker?), and now I know that they have gently entered in

I think we're under full steam again. I've created a (temporary) sticky and you can find it at the top of the main GenForum page.If anyone still has a missing feature or ability from their account, either PM a Moderator or place your notice in the Sticky so that we can look into it for you. It will be taken down once we're satisfied there are no issues left to deal with.I'd like to send out a 'thank you' to Dwayn at VerticalScope for his rapid response and help in fixing us. Well, it was rapid once VS was finally told there WAS a problem! I'm sorry, but apparently they didn't know about it until this morning. Don't blame VerticalScope. The Moderators (myself included) dropped the ball on this one. I guess we were all "waiting for the other guy to say something" and as a result: no one said anything until today. But we're back now, so, Let the posting commence!
just want to share a strap I made for a speedy
I'd like to know if any Patek owners owns a Grand Seiko as well?Any model would do though i'm looking at a Calatrava against similar style Grand Seiko. If you do, a side-by-side photo would be a nice inclusion.Qn:If you do own both, what are the similarities and differences in terms of fit, finish, form, aesthetics, emotion and anything else you guys could come up with...Grand Seiko do not sell their watches in a place where I could compare both side-by-side in the flesh. So your input is much appreciated. Thank you.
