- I returned this watch. It is nice looking, but I didn't want to have to push a button every time I wanted to know what time it is. I also found it hard to set.

Dear All,I have just bought my new IW379901 ( double chrono in ceramic ) since last Saturday. The watch was bought new from an AD in Greece,.The bahavior of the watch is quite strange. During the first 12 hours gained 2 secs, during the next 12 gained 4 more, and the last 3 hours it gained 1 more. It seems as not having isochronism, or this can be be caused by over winding ???.This is the second IWC I have got. the previous one IW378901 has a stable behavior of about 1.5 secs less per day. Since day one up to now ( more than 3 months ).Any suggestions ??? or similar experiences????.IWC watches are supposed to be exceptional timepieces in both accuracy and construction, thus such a behavior is at least unacceptable in my opinion.I have left the watch down now, to loss the power completely and i will try the measurements again.Best Regards.
Hi I was wondering if you can do an automatic watch damage by shaking it to get to auto movement wound up? For example if you have a Rolex Sub and didn't wear it for a few days and it stopped can you shake it a lot to right away to wind up the auto fully. Or is it just a case of once it's moving it doesn't matter with u shake it for 30 seconds or 3 seconds it'll last the same distance in terms of time?If you move a stopped auto watch just a little to get it ticking will the power reserve be fully charged or do you have to get it running a lot to get the power reserve to MAX? can you damage an auto watch from over shaking to wind it up?Thanks
Hypotheroticial question but if both the same price, which one would you guys go for? Let's assume you had the choice of either the SS/FC or the RM010.
