I love this watch and for me it is the perfect piece but I have to admit I am biased because I am a HUGE 5070 fanPersonal taste oaf course but for me it is the most perfect watch ever madeOn the other hand .. a 5970 is in the same league. Very nice an probably the second most perfect ever made LOLOfcourse the complication is more interestingBut since when is a 5070P more expensive then a 5970G ???These are 3 links to a well known secondhand dealer. This must be one of the most important if you look at his stock!5070P.watches.de/en/products/pa...num-5070p-3582and.watches.de/en/products/pa...e-sealed-5070p5970.watches.de/en/products/pa...01-5970-g-3403Hugh ????Is rarity so important ?Another member on this forum once called the 5070P the million dollar watch ¡ because of it's potential.Once again, a great watch that 5070P but where will it end ?If you had one ¡ would a big price jump convince you to sell it ? Or if you don't have one ¡ there must be a limit right ?
Hi All,I'm having a difficult time trying to choose between a PAM 372 and a PAM 183. I am well aware that these are two very different watches and in different price points. I currently own a Rolex Deep Sea and an IWC Portuguese 7 Day (5001). I used to own a PAM 177 (ti) but sold it to fund the purchase of my IWC. Not soon after, I realized I need a Panerai to complete my humble collection.I think the 372 is a beautiful piece but not as versatile as the 183 due to it's size and style. I am not so concerned about the technical aspects of the watches but more on the aesthetics. That said, I would be grateful if you could share your thoughts on this matter.
As a working stiff, my Sub was a long time coming! Bought from a local jewelry store for $6800 OTD. Traded my 84 SS datejust for 2k, so final price was $4800. It is a 99 A serial & came with the box all the books and paperwork. It also had a nice bonus of the hang tags and anchor. Did I pay to much? And did I get enough for my DJ? Love my new watch Love my new watch!!!
Anyone think they will re-make this dial in the future? It's a beautiful blue dial
