I received my new Hot Babe, my new Seamaster Bond Co-Axial. I already have a Hot Babe, my 'Classic' Seamaster Bond. So which one is hotter?Yes, I know, I complained about the futility of the Co-Ax on an ETA movement, but I still ended up buying one. So sue me .The Co-Ax Bond is gorgeous. The applied markers (not painted in), the longer hands, the red inscription on the dial, all contribute to add a further touch of class to this classic watch.I'm keeping the 'classic' one too, I rediscovered I'm too much in love with it. So I'm keeping my two hot babes! .

Ladies Hamilton Watch - Thoughts?
I received a ladies Hamilton watch from a distant cousin to whom it was passed down by another distant relative. I have no sentimental attachment to it. I've intended to donate it once or twice but for some reason keep throwing it back in an old jewelry drawer. I know nothing about watches and am curious if perhaps someone can tell me a little more about this piece. I've attached a few photos, (please excuse the quality). As you'll see, it has a band that's made up of a series of hearts which is lined by rope. It has a pave cover over the face which is marked HAMILTON. Both the band and back of the watch are marked with 14K. The back of the watch is not marked Hamilton. If I remember correctly from reading a previous thread in this forum, the watch muct be marked Hamilton on the back to be authentic?Does anyone have any thoughts on how old this watch may be? Is there any value to it? Also, is there a specific style name for a watch with a cover over the face?Many thanks in advance for

My modded Seiko SKX173
Here's some pics of my modded Seiko SKX173 I picked up a year or so ago off a WUS member. I recall he said he just couldn't get used to it. I'm loving it, as I personally love the stainless case/bracelet with a blue dial look. Aren't some brands calling this a "Caribbean?" Why is that if anyone knows? Anyways, if I recall correctly, it's modded with a Yobokies bracelet and dial, and a MCWW chapter ring and hands. I fit the watch in my rotation, and it's been flawless. Seems to be very efficient also, running for a fairly long reserve with little wear time. On to the pics. Eric

I need a Speedy
I never liked the speed master until I tried one on. This last weekend at the big T, I saw a speedy in the case and I said what the heck, I'll try it on. I was actually in the store awaiting the status of my Pam104. The speedy is so much more in person that in the pictures. The way the crystal stand above the dial, the way the white hands look against the matte black. I need one now. I almost dont even care about the Pam. My question is, the hesalite crystal: should I look into getting the sapphire or the acrylic. They had a 50th in the case as well as a reg pro. The two look almost identical with the exception of the display back and the 50th logo. But at a price difference of almost a thousand dollars, is it worth it. Not only the 50th but just the regular sapphire sandwich.(Do they still make the reg sapphire w/o the 50th anniv logo?)(Will I get sick of winding this watch and forget to wind it?) What are you thoughts? Experiences? Passion?
