- I use this as a back up computer and to log my dives. Up load to my computer and print out dive log pages. The depth/time/temp graph that prints out is useful. I have to complain about the accent alarm. It is too sensitive.

Vintage Identification Help
Hey all!Recently acquired my first Omega, and loving it. I suspect it's not too terribly valuable, but I love the classic look of it, and so far, it seems to keep excellent time.Only problem is, I have no idea what it is! I'm told it was my grandfather's, so I'm guessing 1950's or possibly earlier.I have a suspicion that what I'm looking at is this:VINT OMEGA SEAMASTER SILVER DIAL WIND UP STAINLESS STEEL CA 1954VINT OMEGA SEAMASTER SILVER DIAL WIND UP STAINLESS STEEL CA 1954 - ImagesBut there are a couple of minor differences, including the markers for the numbers being of a different metal, the absence of the word "automatic" under "OMEGA" (on the linked picture, not my watch), and "SWISS MADE" being positioned in much smaller type on either of the 6 o'clock position.I've included pictures any help would be appreciated! It's worth mentioning the the band has been replaced, and is not the original.Thank you!(Also, sorry for the low quality pictures, my otherwise fairly sharp cell came

New black shoes for my 44mm...
Picked up a black gator strap from Clearwater Friday. It came pretty matte black, I polished it up just a touch (hey, I'm a Vet, we shine leather) to get JUST a lil gloss on it... Came out great, though the pix sux. I REALLY need to upgrade my 6 yr old iPhone!!! Thoughts on strap????
