- These are great - lighter and more comfortable than typical sports watches. Nice alternative to oversized fashion watches, too, when you want to wear something low key.

Invicta 12564 wrist watches news:
After the recent design success that Jaquet Droz had with its (silly named) Grande Second Sport Utility Watch, the company began to realize an emerging market for the brand that included a younger constituency. The next step it seems is a more toned down, but equally energetic watch which is the Ceramic Power Reserve. The case is entirely ceramic, which is of course one of the haute materials being used lately. Ceramic cases always have a sheen to them, but can vary in terms of gloss. I'd guess that this Jaquet Droz is somewhere in the middle. You'll probably agree judging from the pictures. The watch comes in either black, with a matching rubber strap. You can get a similar Jaquet Droz watch in white ceramic, but that model does not have a power reserve. I'd have to say that I am reminded of Bell & Ross with their latest BRS watches. Perhaps not the design, but more the overall feeling and tone of the watches. They seem to be aimed squarely at the same market. The dial shares the ty
The crown on my 6309-7040 only screws in about 1 thread before it locks. The tube looks a bit dodgy on the end - - - is this replaceable? It looks to me to be solid, please someone tell me I'm wrong.Cheers
I tried this about 18 months ago and got derailed. Let's have another go at it.I'd like to arrange a gathering of S. Florida WTFers on a June weekend. Either a Saturday or Sunday afternoon. Depending on how many people express interest, I'll try to arrange for a representative of one of the many watch companies based here in Broward/Dade to come chat with us.Otherwise, we'll just get together and chat watches among ourselves. Please contact me via personal message to express interest and give me your best date. Obviously, it will be a majority rules kind of thing. I'll make all the arrangements at a restaurant, Also, give me an idea of your budget. Lunch is way cheaper than dinner!
Everyone, I am new to this site and am in need of your thoughts. I've been researching and gathering data on the DJII vs DJ41 for a long time. I am in position to purchase one or the other, both of which are blue dial smooth bezel with oyster bracelet. I honestly do not know which way to go. I generally prefer a heavier, larger dial watch with some heft. Personally I feel the DJII is slightly larger, heavier and thus wears that way on the wrist compared to the DJ41. Both movements are solid. The DJ41 feels slightly smaller to me, but the new movement and all the R&D Rolex put into it has me truly spinning. I don't think there is a wrong decision here as both are fantastic. Whichever I choose would be my first Rolex, so the history of the 3135(6) has me slightly edging in that direction. Any advice you all can put in would be much appreciated. Just to note, I have a great relationship with a Rolex AD and he has been trying to weigh in without being biased. I don't know h
