Panerai Pam 171 wrist watches news:
Ok, this is my first post & I have a wide range of options. I'm considering buying myself a watch early next year as a reward for a good year. This will be my first real watch. I plan on wearing it daily and keeping it for a long time. I have a suit & tie job. I really like the Omega Seamaster 300m in black. My dad got a seamaster for college graduation & wore it every day until he retired. I'm also considering a used Rolex Submariner 11610. Its classic, rugged & should hold its value. I kinda feel like if I don't suck it up and buy one now, I'll end up getting one later. I really like the Lum-Tec M series and the V1. From what I've read, the quality is there. They look pretty big to be a daily wearer, though. I live in Houston & I think I could get a 25-40% discount on the Omega. There are a lot or dealers, so I think I could negotiate a pretty good deal on a Rolex too. I can afford the Omega relatively easily but 4-5k on a submariner would be a stretch. I like the

I really didn't mean to buy a watch today, but I stopped in a pawn shop to look at CB radios not watches, but I had to look at them and found this. It is brand new, never worn or even sized. They were asking a wopping 29.99. I feel like I shoplifted it. It's a Wenger dive 200m watch. Well, this puppy's getting sized today and will have wrist time this weekend.:D
2 of my watches are celebrating an anniversary this month...First up is my current longest-tenured[good] watch of my collection, my Tag Heuer 2000 Professional, celebrating it's 15th year with me!! A limited edition (before LE's became 'fashionable') back in 1997 with a gold applied logo instead of the red/green one. It also has a silver-champagne dial. Though I don't wear it much anymore, I love it and it will always have a home int he collection. Never serviced (it'll probably get one next year though) it runs about 3 seconds fast per day. Not too shabby. And second up is my two-toned Yachtmaster. Bought in 2006 it's celebrating it's 6th anniversary! This is my favorite two-toned watch, and another that'll never leave my collection. In fact I have it's sister-dial, the white with black onyx markers I may have installed when serviced later this year. I love the slate dial, but may change it up for a couple years. And a shot of the white / black onyx dial:OK, so they're not
