Panerai Panerai 47420 wrist watches news:
I believe the pictures shown below show 3 great tools.
Hello people !! I just got a speedy reduced as my graduation present. I love the watch and it fits just perfect on my small wrist. However, I'm having a hard time trying to decipher how to use the subdials and tachy bezel. Anyone out there willing to help me out ?????Please help me out, I promise I'll post pictures :D
I was in Grand Rapids, MI this past weekend and learned that it's now A LOT harder to buy a Rolex in GR.Apparently two out of three available locations for purchasing a Rolex no longer have the line. One of which I spoke to was a Jarod's near the Rivertown Mall. Up until VERY recently, this Jarod's location (which is owned by jewelry giant Sterling) carried Rolex. In fact, they used to carry both Rolex and Omega. Omega was the first to go - about a year ago. Now Tag Heuer occupies the premium space once held by Rolex in their store. Their next best line in this store is Tissot. It was unclear to me whether the decision to pull Rolex out of this store was Sterling's decision or Rolex's. The other store which lost Rolex was a long time AD located in the downtown Grand Rapids area....the name escapes me at the moment.
Hi from new member! Nice to find a place that appreciates quality watches.Have a Rado Ceramic, one of the first ones, and I wear it daily (which takes care of What's on Your Wrist Today - answer - the Rado, as usual).Except it isn't on my wrist just now . . . it stopped. Well, OK, second time in 15 years or so, I'm unhappy that it stopped, but I'm sure I'll live.Have a number of avenues to get it fixed, want to run them by some people who know more about this than I do before I make the decision.I'm out in rural Florida, Rado repair people are kind of thin on the ground here, but I did find a local jeweler/watchmaker who seems to know what he's doing and talks honestly.I also talked to someone "up nawth" who represents himself as a Rado expert - he was extremely disdainful of the local guy and advised me that I'd be a fool to let anyone else touch it - send $250 and I'll fix your watch. I asked him what he'd do for the $250 and how long it would take, and he said only "send $250 and I'
This has likely been brought up before, but does anyone change out their Daytona/GMT braclets for ones without polished center links? I am not crazy about the center links and prefer the matte bracelet on my sub.
