Patek Philippe Patek Philippe 28852 wrist watches news:
Hello!I just bought my first rolex about 1 month ago and I love it! My watch is a Datejust from about 1982.Anyway I was thinking of getting one more. I am not sure what one to get and I don't know too much about rolex yet. I was hoping that some of you could help me decide. I was thinking about a GMT-Master, Explorer II or a Submariner. I would love to get one that can become a litle rare or maybe allready are rare. The price should be about 7,000$Any suggestions to what I should get?
Dear PP friends,I just wanted to let you know that in a few days we will start running a contest to replace our Masthead picture (shown above). As I am not a big fan of too many stickies or too much space wasted on top of the page before the actual posts start - the max dimensions will be 500 pixels wide x 275 tall (smaller is fine). My fellow WIS and a co-member of our admin team - ScottD will be posting details of the contest before the following weekend.Stay tuned and dust off your cameras ;)(I have a hunch that a very nice price could be involved)
Ever just wake up in the morning look at your watches and think they are all festering turds and, want to get rid of the lot and, start over? Just wondering if I am the only one, I always have that grass is greener thing going on.
What is going on with the ROO's, in terms of the 42mm's? This is not a flame thread or me bashing on 42's, but in general it seems as if the 42mm is losing its appeal and prices are being driven downwards. Personally, I am still very passionate about certain models, but a lot of the 42mm off shores look almost outdated to me. Does anyone feel this way as well or am I alone here? Side note: My (very orange) 44 Novelty is on the way and I've been living in this subsection of the forum
As a daily wearer in a small collection which one do you prefer? My heart tells me white but my gut tells me that black is just so versatile.
