- What more can a say 5 star had an earlier model of this & loved it & this model has more features & a lot slimmer than my earlier model.I have let other people comment on the features as i dont have time, so I just wanted to give a rating to let others know this is great watch.I have worn my older model for six years for tramping & work & this is a even better model.

Patek Philippe 1463 wrist watches news:
I think our friends down under are celebrating now - a new World Record & gold medal in swimming. (note the placement of the Omega name & logo!)
My heaviest watch, my Planet Ocean 2200.50, with all the links in the bracelet like when it was originally purchased weighs 228 grams. With the bracelet adjusted to fit my wrist it weighs 206 grams.; still heavier than most watches. Now, my Swatch skeleton automatic weighs 28 grams. It is my lightest and feels like nothing is on my wrist when I wear it. The weight of my PO, although heavy by most standards, doesn't bother me. In fact when I change from a lighter watch to it, I notice the difference for only a minute but then am comfortable right after that.So what is your heaviest and lightest watch?-JB
BEFORE:AFTER:I decided to see how the "free" alligator strap looked. What do you think?
I've come to the conclusion that I'll probably never get a PP 5711 blue at list price. The list price is expected to increase 20% on 3/1. Hmm, almost $30,000 for a SS sports watch with a date... The AP RO 15300 blue dial is a great alternative for a lot less money. The blue dials are harder to find in good shape though. The 39mm 15300 is better fit on my ~6.5 wrist compared to the 15400. What was the serial range/years for the 15300? F-I/2005-2012? I would want one that was recently serviced by APSC, if all possible. I've heard that the later serials have a better, improved bracelet clasp. What serial range/year was the better clasp introduced?
I’ve seen several collections here where people have both a sub and a Seadweller 43/Seadweller 4000...Even in smaller 4-6 watch collections. Been curious on why some members have both and want to understand the reasoning. Do these watches serve different purposes? What kind of activities do you use each for?
