- I really think the watch is cool and i would reccomend wearing it with something fly on like a fresh tee and fresh sneakers. This can be an everyday watch but i think itll only be right if you rock it with a complete outfit.

- Beautiful watch. Everyone is jealous now that I have one. Only setback is trying to set the moon phase. Other than that, it's a perfect watch with a nice case to boot.

Patek Philippe 5130P-020 wrist watches news:
It is packed with features which will make you forget about its massive size. It shows the time, date and power reserve of four days as well as the sunrise and sunset, equation of time, a star disk on the back and a 30-second tourbillon. It is 50mm in diameter and has a case in titanium. If it sounds appealing, you must act now as only 30 of these unique specimens are available. It will set you back by $220,000.
I took my beloved Speedmaster into the Clearwater, Florida repair center today and was greeted by friendly people who seems happy to help me. I also took my Tissot Seastar 1000 in which has been broken also. I'll have to pay out of pocket for the Tissot since it's out of warranty, but the Speedy is in warranty.Talking with them, I mentioned this forum and the Secaucas New Jersey repair center and the horror stories that went with it. She smiled and the watchmaker laughed as they both nodded their heads. Interesting. She said it would take approximately four weeks on average and that it was really up to getting the needed parts. So far so good. Nice people, a clean shop, knowledgeable and get this, the woman at the front desk's father worked at NASA in the VAB building as a technical writer during the Gemini and Apollo project era! Too cool!
Best wishes to the place that really started me on my way to WISdom. Thanks for all your help over the year(s), especially Scott D And what's the forum without pics....?All the best,Mutt
Is it already known when/where the next Patek Philippe fair with limited edition watches is taking place? Or perhaps other special pieces like in the 175th anniversary collection.
Another thread brought me to bringing up this question as I've been looking at the 5167 from some time. I've come to learn that the 5167 when it originally debuted had the 315 in it and the was quickly phased out for the 324. I've read that there 'may have' been as little as 150 of these produced but no evidence to back it up. I realize that both are reliable and that the main difference is the power reserve on the 315 is slightly longer, while that 324 has 28k oscillations vs the 315's ~21k, which improves accuracy. That being said, is a 5167 with a 315 movement something that might be sought after or seen as more of a collectible or just something that is merely outdated?...and therefore less expensive?
