Philip Stein 1DBCBAA wrist watches news:
He was helping me open a new bank account. I noticed it as soon as I walked in the door. It had a TT bracelet and a champagne gold dial. I said quickly before really studying it: "You have great taste in watches". Mine was tucked safely under a shirt cuff.A few seconds later as he filled out the forms, I looked closer TT bracelet? WTF? But it had a cyclops, and a day window. It's a DD, right? Wait a minute, could my bank manager be wearinga "No way!"But it had to be a fake, right? The more I looked at the bracelet it didn't ring any "authentic Rolex bracelet" bells in my mind. I was surprised. Did I make a fool of myself? No. I didn't say anything other than my initial comment, thank god!I didn't want to shrivel up and die, but I couldn't stop staring at this fake and wondering about it. It made me grateful I have a real one I guess. I rarely ever spot fakes, until today. When I was about 24 years old I had a fake DD but haven't seen one since. It lasted all of a week be
I always fought that 4 in roman numbers are IV not IIII? But Rolex watches with Roman dials does not agree with me Photo by HannesSome of you have probably noticed this a long time ago, I just noticed it 2 min ago and I'm shocked! Do anyone know why Rolex use IIII and not IV?
Gents,I have never visited the Omega forum until today, they were always a bit out of my price range. Yesterday I acquired an Omega from a good friend of mine who was the original owner of this watch. It is a Speedmaster Automatic, Gold Tachy, silver bracelet with gold accents.Trying to figure out (cause I know nothing about Omegas) when it was made, roughly. Also BALLPARK value, given the limited info I've provided to you.Pics are attached below....Thanks in advance.S

Hi guys, my wrist is about 7.0 ~ 7.2 inches, however I am a short guy, only 5 ft 6 tall. Do you guys think the 44mm ROO will look too big and silly on me ? I feel that the ROC is a bit too small on my wrist.
