- This watch is a FUN accent piece for summer wear. While the watch face is a little , the bracelet cuff is fun, sharp and different. It really adds a lot to an outfit and is nicely made.

Piaget G0A39110 wrist watches news:
Just got this 1965 Mulco Escafandra Super Compressor into the rotation after a serious rehab. This watch was T O A S T when I got it a couple of years ago, not running, dial seriously toned, case beat up; just plain ugly...If I remember correctly I paid $10 plus shipping for it, bought via eBay...yes, the auction ended after midnight, but the watch was far from a creampuff.Rec'd it and loved the case (Seamaster-esque?) and dial so decided to restore it.I would post before pics but they all got lost in a pc crash. I detailed the case, had the mvt overhauled, located some NOS hands, had dial refinished in LA, CA. When I got the dial back it looked like a q-tip was used to paint the lume in, so I sent it to International Dial.Got it back and it looked great, but was refinished in GOLD instead of silver. Back it went. Rec'd it back a few weeks ago but have only today found the time to put it back together. This is one of those watches that I just can't find a bracelet that matches...you

Hey guys...I've notived that most Tag's do not have the word ''chronometer'' on them...Why is that???Omega and Rolex have this word on the watch's dial...Tag wasnt approved to use this word for its movements?
I know this is an AP forum but thought I share the new TH Carrera 01 anyway, i tried it at my local AD, I am positive towards it, it is for sure aimed towards the crowd that like AP ROO and Hublot BB but at a lower price point (list 5500 USD)....You can see that Mr Biver is involved in the design as it is very Hublotish....So, does it fly, my fellow AP lovers?....
I really hope you can help me. I purchased my very first Rolex yesterday and was over the moon, as you can imagine, until I realised that the salesperson had sold me the wrong watch. Basically I went into Fraser Hart yesterday and asked if they had the new 28 Datejust in SS with Oyster bracelet and pink dial. I knew this was a difficult watch to get so was very surprised and elated that the salesperson brought one out from the safe. I was in the shop for over an hour talking to this salesperson about the watch, discussing how it was the newest size and that it was being heavily featured and advertised by Rolex. In the end, I purchased it and walked out of the shop with it on my wrist. As you all know, once the links have been removed and everything signed, I cannot return the watch. What can I do? I am devastated that this isn't the watch I wanted. I am not an expert on watches so how was I supposed to know by sight that the watch I was trying on was a 31 and not a 28?
