Hi all,I have finally found the time to post some pics of my latest acquisition and first (again) Rolex. I got it a couple of weeks ago but have been too busy traveling to post them. Anyhow, I'm really not a photographer so kindly excuse the quality.I'll be traveling again for a month so I'm not sure if I'll able to check in again soon, but this post has been long overdue. Just wanted to thank all the nice guys on the forum for helping me make the decision. The watch is superb and really classy and makes me wonder why I sold the first two I had. I Did It!
Well, I finally did it. I just purchased my "holy grail" watch. A WW2 era Benrus Sky Chief chrono. Pretty much the same as you see in my avatar. I'm really excited with this purchase guys, because while I've been collecting vintage Benrus watches for quite sometime now, it's always been the Sky Chief that I really wanted. It's the only chrono Benrus ever made, and this one is all-original and looks quite nice for being about 70 years old now. Many of them have quite a history behind them, like being used by pilots on actual missions over Europe during the war. I'm not sure of the history of this particular one, but I'm going to look into it and see if I can find something. Thanks to my wonderful wife and fortunate finances, this watch will be my Fathers Day/Birthday gift combined. It's now the most expensive piece I own!Well, here are some of the sellers pics. Another "What combo thread!I have sold my Sub LV and can now either buy a BNIN Sea Dweller...or...A Planet Ocean + A Deville Power Reserve...or....A Breitling Sea Wolf + DeVille Power Reserve?In other words do I go for the more expensive SD but ONLY the SD or do I go for another quality diver and a nice dress watch?I already have a nice Tag Carrera "Retro" 1664 39mm so the chrono bits covered.I have fairly slim wrists at 6.5 - 6.75" depending on temperature.Opinions and of course pics welcomeWT.

15300 and sub 7in wrist ?
Hi everyoneJut wanted to know how was the feel of a 15300 on a sub 7in wrist. I spent some time visiting the AD close to my place today it in the flesh, but none in stock, considering it's discontinued, there will probably be no more to try.My wrist is 6 3/4 and felt the 15400 was a tad too big, even with my flat wrist. People with similar wrist, how is the 15300 feeling, comfort and look ?Thanks everyone.
