Oris WorldTimer - stylish and functional
It's always nice to find a previously unknown watch from the diverse collection that is Oris, and I thought this one is worth sharing . Although not a 'classic' dress watch size, at 42.5mm, it allows the second time zone subdial to be a nice and legible size - a quick glance will clearly show the time at the zone you've set it for. Within the same subdial is a day/night aperature to clearly show what side of midnight/midday the zone is in right now. The Worldtimer features a sapphire crystal with antireflective coating on the inside, and a display caseback to show the signature Oris red rotor.The movement is the Oris caliber 690, based on an ETA 2836-2, with a 38 hour power reserve.Available on a stainless steel bracelet, or a dark brown leather strap, personally I favour the strap as it suits the more 'dressy' look of the watch, and the contrast of the strap focuses attention on the stunning dial.Check out these hi-res images - .Specifications:Artelier Worldtimer Date? 42.50 mmRef. 6

Hello All!!! Got in touch with my AD yesterday ... inquired about a sea dweller 4K , Sub date LN and the hulk ...!!!Sea Dweller 4K and Sub date LN were in stock brand new if you can imagine and the hulk had to be ordered .Now IĄ¯ve already purchased 3 Rolex from this ADso I already have an established relationship... when I asked about pricing I got list price on all 3 pieces !!!! No concession whatsoever!!!! Needless to say I wasnĄ¯t to happy ... Mind you I called , it wasnĄ¯t a personal visit ... When I get home I plan on visiting the store in hopes for a change of mind on my Jewelers part.... What is it ? I got a decent discount on all my other Rolex... Is it the market right now on the professional series models especially the SS??? I mean the Sea Dweller 4K at list I might understand cause itĄ¯s discontinued ...
