Tissot Watches At MotoGP Motorcycle Race
I've probably never seen more Tissot watches in a single place than at the MotoGP race at the Laguna Seca raceway in Monterey, CA recently (a bit more coverage on that event here). Tissot and MotoGP have been working together for about 10 years I believe, and the connection between the two is profound. You'll find mostly Tissot T-Race and T-Touch watches on the staff of MotoGP, as well as fans from all walks of life. The fans in particular love all the limited edition T-Race watches (of which there have been many). Below you'll find three such watches. What's A"Pearlized" Dial?
What is a "pearlized" dial? I've seen the term in different posts, but don't understand what it means. The dial perimeter on my "Gordon" appears pearl colored to my eye is that "pearlized?"I ask because my Gordon dial needs refinishing and I read that "pearlized" dials can't be redone. Can someone tell me if this is true and whether it's a concern with the Gordon model? I want to send the Gordon dial to ID. It will be my first dial refinish. Any tips or cautions will be much appreciated. Tx, piscator

Pam 448, 449 watches "TO BE KEPT" or "TO BE WORN"?
If you own both the PAM 448, and 449 and they happen to be your only Panerai watches. Would you keep them or would you wear them? If you wear, of course it will feel awesome but value is gone when you wish to sell them next time. If you don't, you can always sell as brand new/unworn which will fetch you much better price but......you only get to enjoy them in a box instead of on your wrist. COMMENT/OPINION Anyone?
