Rado R21714712 wrist watches news:
Tissot has a goal to always be associated with the racing circuit in America. Other brands follow things like Formula One and other types of motor sports that people in the US don't really pay attention to. Tissot has been partnered with NASCAR (click here to read about their Danica Patrick watch), showing that it was quite interested to align itself with racing events that Americans might actually be interested it. In watch world gospel, "to be associated with popular sport, is to enjoy increased sales." In the same spirit, here is the newest version of the Tissot T-Race Nicky Hayden watch for 2010. The latest limited edition piece for the star motorcycle racer.Limited to 4999 pieces, the T-Race Nicky Hayden 2010 is an interesting piece that shows how the T-Race is maturing gracefully. Before Tissot redoes the design (which I think will come soon), this is their stock watch used as a base for its motor sports limited edition pieces. On my way out of the office, I snapped a couple with my pocket camera. Then I set up the wireless flashes and stuff when I got home. And some lume shots for good measure. These straps are an absolute steal at only 20 bucks each. These are are called the Maratac Elite Series Composite Straps. They're like a rubber, but like a nylon, but sort of like kevlar, but just plain comfortable! Waterproof, too! Very flexible and pliable with just a tiny bit of elasticity so if your wrist size expands or contracts throughout the day it's not too tight.Absolutely perfect, I am in love!
I posted a few weeks ago that I was close to adding the JLC Grande Ultra Thin Duo to the collection. It's a fine watch indeed. But the Royal Oak (specifically the black dial in SS) is just on a different level, has always been on the short list and at some point, I would want to add. They are harder to come by and of course there is the price delta. Totally different watches but I'm thinking the RO would be a more versatile piece for me (usually in a suit or business casual during the week). Got the call/text from my friend at an AD that they just got one in. Music to my ears! As a repeat customer and a referral source for him, he's given me an offer that I think is quite competitive...almost too good to pass on honestly.I've tried it on in the past but as with bracelet watches, it's really tough to get a good sense/feel of the fit without sizing it properly (not that I would expect an AD to do that for me!) Pic of the RO and the ROC on my wrist below. And the RO on leather strap too w
Just got this in the mail from KyleL the other day. I've been seeking out a black waffle for a while but they are not so easy to come by. This is the first vintage omega i have bought to keep and I am very happy with it
