Can someone enlighten me as to the pros & cons of FC & Ceramic? How does ceramic compare to FC? Which material would you say is more preferred? Thanks!
Hello!Yesterday, I was trying to change the strap of my Ploprof (mesh to rubber) Even if I have the right tools to do it, sometimes still hard to do it.I was thinking, there anyone, with the same idea as me? Which idea?MAKE A HOLE! just like the old Ploprof Please, don't be hard with me Regards
Incredibly happy and excited to be wearing this rose gold piece.
IĄ¯ve been lurking on the forum for a few weeks but this is my first post. I was attending a wedding a few weeks back and a friend(who is a jeweler) was wearing the SD in YG. I thought it was absolutely beautiful. I began asking questions and doing some research as I have never really paid much attention to Rolex before. I always wear a watch by alternating between 1 of 2 800 series Movados. After learning the price of the Sky D in YG, I quickly came to the conclusion that I could never justify paying that for a watch. As I have been going through looking at different watches, there are a few others that have caught my eye/interest, namely the SD43 and SDDS. For me, I think itĄ¯s ridiculous to pay this much for a watch(especially since my $1k Movados look great)but there is something that just keeps pulling me back to the Rolex. ItĄ¯s like there is a force pulling me towards it that I canĄ¯t shake. Can anyone relate? I figure if I just wait it out that itĄ¯ll go away but it hasnĄ¯t yet. I k
Did a search in the classifieds on TRF!!!Was surprised to see more SD43 50Th listedfor sale than SD4KĄ¯s... More than 60% listed on the Anniversary model versus the discoĄ¯edSD4K... Only a few SD4KĄ¯s listed for resale... interesting Looks like the SD4K owners are more likely to hold on to it rather than flip... I must say since recently acquiring one myself I find myself admiring it more and more ... Anyone think the hype over the 50Th might be dwindling down?Prices donĄ¯t reflect this at the moment but the availability on the grey market and resale quantity is certainly abundant... Anywho, just thought it was an interesting comparison to point out in relation to future prospecting and collectibility...What will the future hold for the Sea Dweller, thoughts ?Pics anyone??? We love pics on TRF!!! HereĄ¯s my SD4K... letĄ¯s see both 50Th Anniv and SD4K C ...For that matter letĄ¯s even older SDĄ¯s for comparison...
