Rado 00276 wrist watches news:
The world of Cartier has a range of timepiece levels. This includes the brand's "Classics," which represent their more mainstream watches with relatively simple movements, the "Fine Watchmaking" arena of much higher-end complications and haute horology, and finally, the middle area of "Small Complications." This is "small," as opposed to "grand," in the arena of timepieces, where the latter refers to what is much more complex and, of course, expensive. What we can find in the Cartier Rotonde Small Complication watches might be considerable value, especially with the new Rotonde de Cartier watches in steel. Not all of these models seen here are brand new, but as we understand it, the steel models are. What you see are two types of Cartier Rotonde Small Complication watch models, with either a date and power reserve indicator, or the more favored big date, dual time, day/night indicator with subsidiary seconds models. So let's focus on that latter line of models which is formally called t
Hello Gang...Time for a new Spotlight. This is one of those Illinois that proves you don't have to break the bank to get a really cool watch!First of all if you don't have a copy of Fred's book, you are missing the boat."The Illinois Watch, The Life and Times of a Great American Watch"This beauty can be seen on page 126 and this is the watch shown lower left. The first thing you will notice is the incredibly cool Art Deco Numerals. This is the Commodore (non metal band) in WGFIt comes from the "Modern" period of Illinois watches and was made in 1931Sides:Back:Model Number 616 (Keystone/J. I found it very hard to believe but in searching watches made today I found it almost impossible to find a style/color combo that resembled the watches my father wore when I was growing up. He has been gone for over 30 years and I have no idea where any of his watches went. Anyway, the best I could find was a gold tone Hamilton Boulton. I do not remember my father wearing a watch with a strap, but I also do not rememmber him wearing anything but a gold watch. So, I fiugure get the watch first and deal with strap/bracelet later. The picture is not mine but, it is the watch I ordered tonight. As soon as it gets here, I will take and post pics.
Today marked the 7th day I've been without my AP. I have to send the watch in to APSC in Clearwater for 3rd year warranty, smudges under the crystal, and change to the short rubber strap. AP told me it would take 4 weeks! this has been one of the longest 7 days so I don't know how I could wait another 3 weeks In the mean time, please post your RGRC pictures Here's mine:
After years of flipping and experimenting all types of Rolex watches I decided that this is my perfect two! The now discontinued SDc4000 and the new Datejust 41. I can honestly say that IM DONE! For now lol..I feel blessed to own these classics and I¡¯m grateful for the information obtained from the TRF. Thank youAttachment 1Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
