- All watches now days are accurate and easy to set and use. So I buy them based only on how they look and how much they cost. This watch is very nice looking (in my eyes), and very inexpensive.

Seiko SNE880 wrist watches news:
I've had this watch along time. Solid 14K yellow, case not marked Hamilton, but that doesn't necessarily preclude it from being Hamilton. I don't recognize the casemaker's mark. Interior of case is unmarked except for engine-turned damaskeening.Had a non-running 987-F movement when I got it, which I replaced with a running 979-F. Only has once set of case screws marks, which leads me to believe it may have only contained the 987-F Hamilton movement originally.A curiosity for sure.
so i returned the "elgin" today and brought home this beautiful green dialed 60s-70s stellaris electric with a seiko 3302A battery powered balance wheel electronic movement. my fist electric and it is my best looking watch buy far. it was instant love the stock stretch ban the new leather strap
Another - Does this look like a good fitquestion.41mm Chrono acting as a proxy for a 15400...while I debate sourcing a used 15300.
Anybody know where I can get some spare links or an alternative leather strap for this model?, thanks
Hi TRFers. I'm in the midst of a quandary, and I'm hoping for some solid advice:I've had my Sub 114060 for almost a year now, and while I have been fully enjoying my time with it, lately I find myself craving something a bit more unique. Ive always been drawn to the BLNR, and I'm on the list for one at a local AD, which I've been told should be available with in the next 2-3 months. Thing is adding it in addition to my 114060 is definitely not an option. I would have to trade the Sub, plus cash to make the switch. I just don't know if I'd regret it down the road. Arguments for: date/gmt function, I love the unique black/blue bezel, I've grown to like the pcl's so much that I think I actually prefer them to the bcl's, although the glidelock is great I dont use it much (and never change it more than 5mm), I've tried the BLNR on once before and preferred the fit/case dimensions to the Sub, its more unique...and probably the main reason (although I told myself when I got the Sub that I
