- This watch was recently featured in GQ as the latest style, featuring black on black design. Very minimalist but classy. This one was the least expensive of the bunch but has the Indiglow feature for easy reading.

Raymond Weil 5127-STS-00985 wrist watches news:
Good evening/morning/afternoon.Please excuse the probably novice nature of my enquiry...I'm new to this.My father has an Omega DeVille which (the hand-written documentation tells me) has a Metal Ref of 7886 B (or EB) and a Mov. No. of 38909668 (no separating dots). I think I may have convinced myself that the 38 aspect implies 1974, but I am uncertain and unable to establish anything further with regards to type, rarity, history, etc.I should be most grateful if any of you knowledgeable contributors can enlighten me. I've attempted to attached a couple of images. Many thanks.
I just got it back from getting an overdue service. It's great to have it back again! I'm about to go away for a week, but expect to see it in the wrist threads soon!
I have a titanium Omega Seamaster (circa 2004 or so) that has an electric blue dial. This watch has been discontinued and I'm seeing some on eBay go for $1,500 to over $2,000. My question is this: is it better to sell it now, or will I have the chance to sell it for more if I wait 5 or 10 years? Would this type of watch grow in value, or decrease over time? It's not a limited edition or anything special, but it also wasn't an extremely popular watch.
This forum seems to be somewhat Nautilus/Aquanaut-centric in my opinion. But I have always considered the Calatrava range to be the best representation of PP (that is not to say the others are not iconic). It's a shame that not as many Calatravas are shared cf. Nautilus/Aquanaut/Complications in this forum. Please show us your Calatrava's gents (and ladies)!
I know there was a topic on this recently but I wanted to re-make one with a poll to see some actual numbers. I can't decide, I love the clean looks of the ND but I do like the practicality of the date function. Also, which model is more desirable later on? The 14060 seems to be more popular than 16610.
