Romain Jerome MO.F1.11BB.00 wrist watches news:
can anyone help me identify what model my longines is .it is solid gold and has the number 16882552 or could be 18882552 on back of case .the only close model i have come across is a serge manzon model 5002 made in circa1974 but the watch face isnt the same nor have i come a similiar face on internet
I noticed my Bagley ran out of steam more quickly than most other watches and since I recently purchased a few new mainsprings I decided to see if that was the culprit.I thought folks might like to see the difference between an old mainspring and a new one. Notice a new spring actually curls in the opposite direction. They're not hard to replace but can be a bugger to wind by hand.
hi all AP lovers, I present my new Royal OakGreetings to all
The following was originally incorporated into a response to Mike B's thread entitled Seamaster vs. Speedmaster for an everyday wearer ??. I did not want to risk hijacking that thread so am posting it separately for discussion:Quote:
Happy New Year to all!I was just reflecting on the year gone by when I looked at my profile on this forum. I joined in 2012 when I bought my first proper watch which happened to be a Rolex 116520 white dial. I then reflected on how many watches have been through my ownership since then and I found myself very surprised at the number of them and it's only been 5 years. Some years have been quite dormant but these last two years I admit I've been through a few.Does anyone care to share any similar experiences? I've always bought with the intention to keep but since 2015 only one has remained constant and that is the 79220N which I nearly sold but changed my mind at the last minute and asked for it back from the dealer. The list of watches I have had which I can remember are listed below but not necessarily in chronological order! And of those I still have a few.Daytona 116520 white x 2Daytona 116509 black wg Speedmaster DSOTMDatejust II silver / Arabic 116610LV x 215300st blueBroad arrow
