- This is a beautiful watch--lots of compliments when I wear this. I also have the heart necklace and ring to match. Very patriotic--I only wish Victoria would make the matching earrings!!--I would buy them in a flash.

Seiko SNKK93 wrist watches news:
Ever have one of THOSE days!? Over the weekend a fairly well know watch auction took place, including a rather nice Coronado that had caught my eye about a week earlier. At about the same time, a watch friend of mine told me (and a few others who shall remain nameless unless they choose to acknowledge so) that he was looking to acquire a nice white Coronado for his personal collection. I told this friend of his luck with the impending auction, and he asked me to do him a favor and bid as he would not be in a location/situation that would easily allow him to do so. (I've known him for many years, and I have bid (and won) for him a few other times, so I was glad to help.) After a few emails with the auction house (I was interested in a few lots), I emailed the auction house's owner last Wednesday and was told that the safest way to bid was on their on-line site before noon Friday. I put in a bid for $2150 (per my friend's request) on their on-line site before noon as required. (Act

So Roger, I'm going to blame this one on you...with all the talk of Montoyas, Barrichellos and Schumachers! After all, I have to blame it on someone...right? So without further hesitation, I present the newest member of the family:Sadly the RBII had to go, but it was a worthy sacrifice for this piece. I struggled with the old style AP deployment and tried both regular as well as short straps to no avail. The tang buckle fits perfectly and is very comfortable. The grey combined with rose is just amazing in the flesh. One of (if not the best) limited edition ROOs AP has done.I'll take some more pics soon...
So I have zero background in APs, as I have always been a Rolex / Panerai owner for a while. I have been looking very closely at a AP Survivor being sold at watchuwant - I just love the aesthetics of the watch in every way. My wife says it looks like a casio g shock and thats what I want, something that can be easily confused for a 99$ watch by some and recognized as a amazing watch by a few. I realize this is about post is extremely general and I hope you excuse me for my ignorance. I have parsed through several topics but I just wanted the more experienced AP ROO guys and if possible guys that own the Survivor to give me some of their thoughts and opinions relative to comfort as a daily watch, resistance to damage, scratching of the coating, resale, or anything else that would be relevant to understand before I swipe a credit card. Once again apologies for topic that is as deep as it is wide. I have looked through the stickies and read several posts in TRF about AP and ROOs but not
