Seiko Conceptual White Dial Black Leather Men's Watch SGEH17

Help!! new watch not keeping proper time
I recently purchased a planet ocean 45mm with a orange strap from a AD in st thomas, US virgin islands.1 week later the second hand started spinning wildly and the watch stopped working. I sent the watch back and they sent me a new one. the new watch is the same but for the first 3 days the second hand would stop for 1-2 seconds and the time would be off. but after the first 3 days the watch is keeping good time now. Is this sort of problem normal? when I got the watch I had made sure I wound it up(40 turns and Heard the click). The red dot is intact. Is this what the call running in?

Diamond Hamilton Cocktail watch-Need help to identify
This was my grandmother's watch. It's stamped inside with Hamilton, 17 jewels, movement 774 but I can't locate a serial number besides the case # 5689642. Could anyone send me in the right direction to identify this beautiful watch???

My first Breitling-The Superocean
I had the day off yesterday and decided to visit a Breitling AD in the neighbouring town. I`ve had my eye on Breitling for quite a long time, but the sizes of the watches has sent me and my puny wrists off in shame everytime I came close to one, But this time I was set on trying one on for size. They had quite a good selection, but one in special caught my eye. A Nos Superocean. I recognised it immidiatly cause of the all lumed numbers, and being the lumeaddict that I am, I tryed it on. To my amazment it fitted really well! I was so shocked that without thinking I blurted out "I`ll take it!" With no thought to my finances I am now the very happy owner of my first Breitling! I love the sheer weight of it, it`s absolutely massive! But somehow it`s really well balanced and doesen`t slip around on my wrist at all! It`s my first watch with AR coating, and I am just blown away how it makes the dial pop! It`s like there`s no sapphire there at all! Well, enough chitchat. Here`s some picturesT

Getting ready for 2011
So what's on your wish list for 2011? Do you have any sure-fire, must-have, absolute-locks that you plan on adding? I'll start with mine. The Top 5 Most Wanted List looks like this:1) IWC ribbon lug caliber 89. Always admired the lug shape, and after wearing Adam's for a day it cemented my desire to own this particular case style. I did like my late 40's stainless version that was sold to fund the VC and I had vowed to have another caliber 89 in the box sooner or later. 2) Longines Grand Prize caliber 352. Another watch that I owned once but in a gold filled case, and now I want to upgrade to a 14K solid gold version.3) Zenith El Primero caliber 3019. This is the original automatic 36K bph from Zenith, and there are several different case references I like. Gotta have an EP, right?4) JLC Geomatic caliber 881. I'd love to have the chronometer version of this watch, but any caliber 881 or 883 would do just fine. You can substitute an early Reverso for this also. Either would b

New Shoes for ROC
Finally did the conversion today! The AP leather straps are very comfortable to wear, and certainly change the look of ROC drastically in a positive way Had a hard time choosing the style of the straps, but finally settled with the safest and most classical black straps which I believe is versatile for all occasions.
