Seiko SUP233 The Related Reviews:
- This is a beautiful, albeit large, watch. Very substantial on the wrist and an unusual color, which I like. The only complaint I would have is that the extra band that is included does not actually fit the watch.

Seiko SUP233 wrist watches news:
I posted in the Hamilton forum, but I'm really excited about my new addition. I got a Stormking 14K solid gold in excellent shape tonight. I sent the link for eBay to my watchmaker, and he gave me the straight scoop and said what he'd buy it for. I got it for just a bit more, and since he's figuring on what he'd pay and be able to profit on I'm pretty pumped about the deal. As I said in the other forum, I want to let you guys know that I'm selling just as many as I'm buying and I'm still in the black by a little. I don't want anybody to think I'm made of money! I'm even picking out what is getting sold off in the next few weeks as I want to cut my collection down in size. 30+ watches is too many and I don't wear over a dozen of them. I'll post pictures as soon as I get it. I have one more deal in the works and it's a doozy, so a sacrifice to the Time Gods for luck may be in order. I hear they like chocolate & peanuts so I may put a Snickers on the windowsill tonight.
I never expected to be posting this as I've always considered myself to be a dress-watch person. In fact, over the past few months I've been looking for a PC and I always expected that to be my next purchase. But after having spent too much time on TRF and seeing how much adulation is reserved for the 5711/5712, I saw that a local dealer got a 5712/1A in stock. So I went to see it yesterday (Sat) and was pleasantly surprised. This's the 1st time I've seen a SS nautilus in person (an AD has one in dual-tone). One reservation is that at 43mm, it's borderline too large for my wrist as I prefer sub-39mm. I didn't expect to like it but I did and it's growing on me. Call me a convert/believer.IMG_2487.JPGAnyway, having never purchased a pre-owned watch before, I've a couple of questions I'd like to ask:-- the 4yo old watch (dated mid-2013) is priced (net) ~5% below MRP. Is this reasonable? Normally I'd think not, but given the demand for this piece I'm unsure- the salesperson said that it is
I told to my AD recently about order special dial. Never order before. Have no idea what to choose. Any suggestion. Jamie suggest 5270R with blue dial with Breguet number. How do you think? Photo from PP.5396R_015.png
Hope everyone is well. I'm considering selling my 326, as I want to make room for some other things. It was my first Panerai, then I got the dirty dial, PAM 24 and the PAM 88. I think I burned out! it is 46/500 and is spectacular condition. I'm curious about the general level of interest in this watch. I never see it on the street, is it a rare piece? General value suggestions or opinions would be welcome. I originally bought it used at Tourneau so I have a receipt, and a wood box. No papers. Check out some photos!
Anyone have a pic? I dont live by a dealer and would like to see which to order. Thanks. Rolex 16610Rolex 216570 PolarRolex 116400GV
