Seiko SKA485P1 wrist watches news:
Hello! I'm new to watch collecting and have been reading the forums for a week or so. I recently purchased a Bulova just for nicer occasions and was given a gold Cyma that is about ten years old. The Cyma was my grandfathers and was given to him when he completed 25 years at his company. I'm looking into buying an everyday watch, as both of mine are more formal. What does everyone think of the Tissot PRC 200 black/black with the black leather band? Is there anything similar in that price range? I like the black on black with a leather band.Tissot: Amazon: Tissot Men's T17.1.526.52 PRC 200 Watch: Tissot: WatchesBulova: Amazon: Bulova Men's 96G46 Stainless Steel Watch: Bulova: WatchesI dont have a picture of the Cyma right now but I will post when I take one.
Hi,My father-in-law passed away recently and we found, buried in a box, a watch. It says Jaeger-LeCoultre. I'm pretty good with Google, but I cannot seem to find this version.I'm hoping that someone more knowledgeable than me about these things, which is pretty much any of the regulars to the .info forums, could share some useful information about it.Sadly, the settings on the camera were changed, but I didn't realize it at the time. The best of the photo's I took are up at dropbox. https://dropbox/sh/fb7st6yoqq3dqx6/rIppM6W1IdI really wish the pics were better. Just for the sake of saying so, on the darker of the two faces, the vertical bars could very well be part of the initials J L, and beneath them is the name It says Jaeger-LeCoultre.Odds are that it's a fake since I cannot find any reference of it anywhere, then again, I haven't a clue. The last watch I bought was a Timex Indiglo in 1993...Thanks for any info!Paul
Posted a question on the WTF General Forum here asking for help w/ ID on the 1965 Thunderball Breitling bracelet. Figured it may or may not be OEM, so that's why I placed it there. However, would also appreciate feedback from you all on my question. The title of the Thread is, "Help? Mid-1960s bracelet ID, Part 1." Screen capture images are included. Thanks!
Hi guysI would like to add an all gold watch to my collection and am keen on the one in the link, could I receive comments in general on this piece and if anyone has seen one come up for sale here and what a fair price might be for a new one. Thanks very much.chrono24/au/audemarsp...id2474470.htm?
Sorry admin's if I link out but they are the first seen real pics of these beauties. This one here has the roman numerals and black dials on the face which is slightly different than the base model.Check it out: .golftoimpress
