This is one of the hottest newer Sinn watches, and a rare 'non-branded' limited edition by the watch maker. In 2008 (maybe starting in 2007) an odd trend started - the 'black on black' watch. Everyone seemed to have a black on black sport watch with names like "phantom" or "stealth." Even Sinn was not immune and felt it necessary to produce a limited edition version of its popular U1 watch line in the black on black motif that people were crazy over.Such watches are not unreadable of course (just for people who aren't wearing the watch). Accuracy of inexpensive vintage watches. How important is it to YOU?
So I got to thinking this morning about my small collection of inexpensive (Any of my watches that have been recently serviced are all running within 2 seconds. I expect that (or close) when I pay to have the watch serviced and timed. But what about some of the other, cheaper watches?It hit me this morning that, since I have more than 2 weeks worth of vintages and wear them in daily rotations, even as much as a MINUTE off at the end of the day is OK. Because the next time I put it on, i'd need to set it ANYWAY.So what are your thoughts?-James

Which dial do I need to source before servicing?
I'm about to bring this in for service and figured I might as well get a proper dial replace done at the same time. To my knowledge, the current dial is original to the watch but previous owner pulled a dunce move and had it relumed (a shoddy job in my opinion) and I'd like to get this back to near(er) original condition. Either way, I'm hoping to source an appropriate dial before I drop it off. Could you all guide me in deciding which dial to pick?
