- I use this for my aerobic workouts. I was suprised how my heart rate did not go over 130, except when I really push it. That means I am in good shape ( not ) or am just lazy.
It is usefull to achieve peak performance in the athlete. For the rest of us, it lets us know that it is OK to work harder. - ----

Seiko SNE233 wrist watches news:
Compare first and second picture in this listing...is this seller so conscientious that he is documenting adding crosshairs to this Connie?VINTAGE OMEGA CONSTELLATION PIE PAN 14k SOLID GOLD C561
I went thru this forum and searched with "identification" and "vintage" without success. I have a watch and i want to know more about it. I don't want to sell it although it doesn't run at the moment and will need to be repaired so I can wear it.I'd also like to know how to take the watch apart enough to see the movement. It is a rectangular mens watch with "Hamilton" and "D72" on the face. It also has 14K Gold Filled and S&W on the back and 1/20 14K on the band. I've gotten the movement out of the band/face but I'm hesitant to go any further without instructions. Any help or guidance would be appreciated. Thanks!John
Talk about the market setting the value - I figured this one would go for a pretty good amount, but it's already at $1,975 and still 2days left to go. The description should say "401" obviously - seller error.1932 Men's 410 HAMILTON 19 Jewel 14K GOLD WristwatchAnother rarity - a platinum Rutledge!cgi.ebay/VERY-RARE-Vintag...item1e5a57718a
So, I just got my 1940's Gruen triple date calendar watch in the mail that I won on eBay. I had high hopes on this one. The buyer has thousands of sales with a 99% positive rating. The description included words like "pristine" dial, recently "serviced", and "works". I did see some imperfections, but gambled that they were with the crystal, which I could easily buff out.Unfortunately, for what I paid, the dial is less than pristine and date pusher doesn't advance the date hand.I'm not going to send it back, because it is a watch that caught my fancy and was of the type I wanted to add to my collection. So off to my watch guy for a little work on the dial (I just think it needs cleaning) and a repair to the date/date mechanism. The positives are that the case just needs polishing and cleaning, the crystal looks new, and watch does keep good time. So in a couple of weeks, I'll post the "after" shots.[img]grumpyguyinc/wp-content/uploads/2013/10/IMG_6913.jpg[img]
Hey everyone,Since I got my new to me vintage Seamaster, it's loosing time. So far, it's lost 2 minutes in just over a week. I'm hoping it just needs a slight regulation, but if it needs a service, can anyone recommend a good watchmaker?Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
