I'm looking for a reputable independent watch shop in Los Angeles to do movement servicing on an Omega Speedmaster with Valljoux 7750 and a Bell&Ross with an ETA 2824. Does anyone have some suggestions? Omega want's $700 and will only do a full rebuild.Thanks.

Couldn't Stop At Just One Patek
Thanks so much to Texex for his invaluable help and guidance, I now have my second Patek, and it's amazing. Even without being sized, it's the most comfortable watch I own, including the RM Lotus, and the most eye-catching. I've looked at gold-bracelet AP's and Rolexes before, but never found one that I loved so much or matched my skin tone so well. Happy to join the Nautilus club!Forgive my girlfriend's footie pajamas in the background.

116520 Daytona dial differences
A while back I noticed that there are 2 different dials on the current 116520’s. I had just bought a new black faced one and saw someone else’s pictures of his. The difference seemed minor (and it probably is for most people) but I had to find out in real life. Tim (train-time) had noticed it as well and with his help I managed to trace a few other black faced Daytona’s to do some comparison. side by side.jpgSo what are the differences?
