Things associated with particular Watches/Brands
I was wondering if there are common associations people make between watches or brands and occupations or activities. I know there are some really obvious ones (Breitling -> small aircraft pilots), but I was wondering if there are lots of others or if I'm imagining things. Some that I exist (and why):Breitling Navitimer: Small Aircraft Pilots (APOA)Rolex Yachtmaster: Sailboat racing (Rolex Cup Races)Omega Speedmaster: Engineers (NASA??)Tag Heuer Monaco: Lemans (Steve McQueen)I'm sure there are plenty I'm missing, but those are the ones that came to my mind immediately. hi all,i am trying to find a watch i used to have many years ago. i have searched online for a while and can find no reference to it at all. The watch was a mens silver bracelet style. it was analogue with a mirror background but when you pressed a side button the mirro became a digital face. i am pretty sure it also used to have the world time built in to the digital side. when the button was pressed i am convinced the digital display was green. i cannot remember but have something in the back of my mind that it may have been a casio, possibly not though. i am thinking that i may have bought the watch about 15 years ago from elizabeth duke (argos retailer).if anybody has any idea of the make and model i would appreciate any help.
