TAG Heuer Grand Carrera Calibre 36 RS2 wrist watches news:
Which model was it that finally made you say, "Wow, I have to buy a Hamilton?" Is this the model you bought? If not, what did you buy?For me it was the Khaki Field Auto Chrono. I had been looking for an auto chrono and the Khaki field model just grabbed me. The NATO strap caught my fancy, as I had no prior experience with the NATO style. There were only a few left with this combination so I grabbed it.After exploring the world of Hamilton I decided to go vintage with the Clinton.
We're huge fans of the Tag Heuer Monaco Chronograph. But which one do you prefer - blue dial or black dial?Share your thoughts here or vote in our poll.
Hey everyone:I just got a new rubber strap of ebay for my 45.5mm PO and ordered the deployment clasp from Otto Frei, I have never owned or used a watch with a deployment clasp and from what I have seen there is a pin used to attach one on the ends of the strap to the clasp, does anybody know if this needs a special pin or can I use the one of the existing pins from the bracelet or rubber strap (non deployment), that I have, thanks
Hi. I pushed the boat yesterday and purchased my grail ....a 18ct Red gold Omega seamaster Planet Ocean. It was ordered direct from Omega SwitzerLand two weeks ago as even Omega Uk did not have one in stock as they only sell around 3 a year. its the 45.5mm size and feels fantastic on the wrist. I had to just take few snaps in the Garden today to share with you. Thanks for looking. Alan
Between the Milgauss Z-blue dial and the blue sunburst dial you would find on the YG or TT models, is there any difference in terms of looks, how it's produced, etc? From what I've seen on photos they seem very similar, but it looks like the Milgauss dial can become a lighter blue than the sunburst dial. I've read that the Milgauss dial is composed or has some zirconium in it, hence the z-blue term.I thought I remember reading the sunburst dials are made with gold, but can't seem to find where I read that now. Or are the sunburst dials made using the same process as the z-blue dial minus the zirconium?
