GMTIIc or No Date Sub?
I'm agonizing about my next purchase later this year and I can't decide between a GMTIIc or Sub Date, both SS.I own a T series Exp II, so I want a black dial now.There are pros & cons to both watches, on the one hand I already own a GMT "complication" but the Sub is not "updated" as the GMT yet.One the other hand I'm not crazy about the polished center links of the GMT but I want the new oyster bracelet (my ExpII doesn't even have solid links and I want a watch that will definitely not rattle). I know the sub has SEL, does it rattle? Is the new oyster bracelet that much better?Then there's the ceramic bezel and maxi case...Any comments or pros & cons?

Omega Speeding up 20sec per hour!!!!!
I just got my omega 1970s chronometer watch from a complete maintence and it just speeds up with 20 seconds per hour!!!!! I know it needs some time to "break-in" and arrive in working condition, but still - 20 second per hour - that's 8 mins a day, for a certified chronometer?! Does it just needs some adjustment or maybe some parts are worn?

I'm sure I'm not alone on this board, but I find myself, at times, admiring the particular watch I happen to be wearing at the moment. When this happens during a meeting, or during a conversation, I sometimes get funny looks! You know, the "What the heck is he looking at the time for, again!" look. I don't know if it's just me or if others have experienced the same thing!

Hello,I have seen a couple watches on ebay that are listed as vintage Tissot's with military dials (refinished). The watches have dials that are strikingly similar to Rolex "California" dials, combining both roman and arabic numerals. They have a great look to them, but I am interested to know if the dials are the original design or simply refinished in the Rolex style. I have not heard back from the sellers regarding the question, so I just thought I would the question out to the general group for feedback. Can anyone add any insight?Thanks for any info or feedback!
