TAG Heuer WV215A.BD.0788 wrist watches news:
A Piaget dive watch?! Oh yes, and here is the proof. Get ready to go underwater in your black bow tie. I was pretty amazed to discover this watch that was made in the mid 1990s. It is very difficult to find information on this watch by the way. I believe it is called the Piaget Polo Key, but it is Ref. 250020 no. GOA22036. I think it is pretty neat - but how primitive does the case look by today's standards? So would you wear a Piaget diver? The case is 38mm wide in 18k yellow gold with elements on the rotating diver's bezel in 18k white gold. That two-toning is rather cool. There is also the reserve version of the watch with a mostly 18k white gold with yellow gold accents. That other model seemed to have a vastly different dial - which makes it clear that this watch was the beginning of the Piaget Polo 45 of the modern era. Did they have CNCs machines for case making back then? Not sure...The black dialed version is my favorite. It has tasteful applied gold hour markers and dauphine h
Hi everyone. I'm new to this and was referred by a member of the "micro4/3 user" camera blog. Someone had started a thread on watch collections w/photos.The member " ~tc~ " had posted a 1/2 dozen or so pics. of different watches. I asked him if he was interested in 2 of mine. One is a 1967 Omega Constellation I inherited. I have no idea what it's worth. I've had it since 1980-ish, no papers. My grandfather was a heavy drinker, consequently the crystal was heavily scratched. I had the watch sent to an Omega authorized dealer to clean and replace the crystal in 1983-ish. The crystal is not original, everything else is. I put a leather band on it a while back but I still have the original gold omega bracelet. This watch has been sitting in a jewelry box for some 10-15yrs. I pulled it out and photographed it to try and sell. Any help evaluating this watch would be appreciated! The watch looks better to the naked eye than it does w/my 90mm macro and lights PS. The other watch is a 2 yr. o
Hi everbody I am new here so let me start off by saying hi. I am thrilled to present to everyone here my new Pepsi GMT , after the NYC GTG I just could not get this watch off of my mind . I originally bought this watch in 1991 and wore it everyday for eleven years . I foolishly sold it and have regretted it eversince. I was originally saving up for a TOG just Derek's, when I went to ad and they had this I jumped at it . All signs point to it having a 3186 movement , M36xxxx serial and the font on the dial .
I was wondering if anyone has been able to try on a Panerai that was sporting the newly designed bracelet. Are they even out yet? I currently have an 00050 with a bracelet and have to say that I love the watch but the edges can be a bit sharp on the bracelet. Let me know.
Hello gents,I hope this is not against the rules of this community. My name is Steven Silverston and I'm a student at the University of Leeds (UK). I know this would sound a bit cheesy, but I'm doing my final project as a design student and I need to get an insight on people, watches, storage, and winders.I would be extremely thankful if you take 3-5 minutes to participate in my anonymous survey here:goo.gl/forms/0Kbd9ulKVyThis means the world to me as you are literally helping me graduate.Thank you for the time!
