- Great watch if you want to know what time it is. It's feature of water-resistancy (up to 50M or 195 Ft) really works, even in the shower. I highly reccomend this watch.

TAG Heuer WV2116 wrist watches news:
This year marks the 40th anniversary of the world¡¯s first LED digital watch, made by Hamilton. The American brand is celebrating the invention of the technology that revolutionized the watch industry with the new Hamilton Pulsomatic, a digital timepiece with Swiss craftsmanship in the form of an automatic movement. The original Pulsar was named after the astronomical bodies that emit precise radio pulses. Hamilton’s new Pulsomatic has a similar look, though with LCD and not LED display, and the design still looks futuristic. The “omatic” part of the new name represents what may be the new model’s most interesting feature: it is powered by an innovative Swiss automatic movement, the H1970. Fully charged, the watch offers a 120 day power reserve. The Pulsomatic also offers a sapphire crystal, a display back for viewing the unique engine (shown below), and 50 meter water resistance. Available on a rubber strap or a steel bracelet, both versions are priced at $1545.
Placed two starter bids and now I'm the owner of two watches! Ah well, at least they have original bands and they were CHEEP! However it doesn't have the original metal bracelet so there will be a swap session when the 'new' one arrives.
I just received this one from a private seller in the UK a couple of days ago. It is the Swiss Military Watch Titan GMT 300m Diver. I like to refer to it as the Poor Man's Kobold SMG-1 for obvious reasons.. The watch has a 44mm Titanium case that plays a bit larger due to the 31mm dial. It is super comfortable to wear due to the weight of the Ti. The PVD coating is well done and flawless. I was also pleasantly surprised to find the case back is PVD'd as well! So far my only nitpick is the rubber strap is about a mile long, but I've ordered a nice thick black leather strap with white contrast stitch for it. I'll post some more pics once the strap arrives. Here are the specs on it:Movement: Ronda Swiss Made Quartz GMT Special features: Power saving mechanism when the stem is pulled outWater Resistance: 300 meters Case: 44mm x 15mm Pvd'd TitaniumCase Back: Screwed in type, Pvd'd TitaniumCrystal: Sapphire w/Inner AR CoatingCrown: Screwed in Type w/Double O-rings, TitaniumBezel: T
Hi guys,So I took my panda for a spin today and as wound it and set the time I pushed the crown back in but the hacking mechanism won't disengage, I.e. I can't screw down the crown without the hands moving. Obviously it is going back to an AD for a service but I was wondering if this happened to any of you before and if there is anything I can do to fix it.Cheers
I saw some listings that the aquanaut has automatic movement. But I was on PP website and it's mechanical self winding movement. Can anyone clarify?
