TAG Heuer wah1211.ba0861 wrist watches news:
The Interior is the Oris 643 automatic movement with the power to reserve of 38 hours. The blue dial applied indices with superluminova dark orange and a small seconds subdial at 09. On the case of helium valve side to 9 is the anti-bends "with a stainless steel screw-in Crown to the 03." The back is an image of a manta ray. Water resistance is 300 metres.
I recently decided to acquire another modern Hamilton. I'm pretty fussy about the size of modern watches but this Day Date is a reasonable 40mm.I plunked the money down and it arrived here in West Oz within 1 week from NY.A box with a familiar name on it.first glimpselooking good!!a closer look at the dial. It's quite sparse given the modern idea of cramming the dial with heaps of design fluff.a quick shot of the case back. The movement is a ETA 2834another dial shotfor those interested the model number is H32505511. the range includes black and silver dials with bracelets and straps. You'll find it in the Jazzmaster range on the Hamilton website. Here is my personal service experience about Chronoswiss.Back in December 2012, I bought a brand new Chronoswiss perpetual calendar RG. A few months later, I found that there were some minor white spots on the dial and sent my watch to Chronoswiss service centre for a simple clean up. It turned out to be a big mistake and my 2-year long service nightmare started by receiving my watch back with the case and hands scratched. The repair work was done by Chronoswiss headquarters and I asked for a follow up repair to fix these problems. This should have been an easy fix and when I got my watch back again, I was shockedand that was mid 2013. The repair team did a heavy polish on the case to remove the scratches and the hallmarks were now barely visible. The polish work was so poor that the lugs were deformed. In the following few months, Chronoswiss sent my watch back with an "old" replacement case with again visible scratches and the joints between the case and lugs deformed due to some poo
From the Times of London 5-12-08:A wristwatch which belonged to a Italian count who won Grand Prix races and was president of Ferrari fetched a record ?1.1million at auction today.Count Carlo Felice Trossi's large gold Patek Philippe timepiece sold at Geneva's Sotheby's sale for more than ?200,000 than expected. The "Trossi Leggenda", described as "almost certainly unique" by experts, was the star lot among nearly 200 watches.
Hi all,New AP owner and have only had it for a month but have had some issues. When I first took it home I noticed it was running 17/s per MINUTE fast. Took it to my AD and they demagnetized it and it was running perfectly. Then it stopped once or twice because I don't think I wound it enough, and for the next few weeks all was well.I played golf today and a few hours later the watch stopped again. Except this time the rotor won't budge. The other times I just wound it and it started again, but the rotor isn't moving and although I can wind it manually is it not starting. I get the feeling the spring is getting old because it doesn't seem to hold much of a wind.Any idea what the issue might be? I'm going to bring it back to the AD on monday and may ask they cover a full AP service at this point (the warranty is with the AD not AP, and they said if I had other issues they would cover an AP service).
