TAG Heuer Cw211A.fC6228 wrist watches news:
Rolex is certainly one of my favorite brands. There honestly is not a watch that doesn't really appeal to me. I think their styling, IMO is superb. Classic, yet timeless and elegant. I remember when I first went to look at a Rolex watch a few years ago. I thought they just looked outstanding. For example, the fliplock on the glidelock clasp just felt awesome, the feel on the turn on the bezel was great and the polish and brush work just looked superb. The more I've been reading and buying over the years, I have come across buyers and sellers alike that feel the finishing on Rolex is not that good. Now whether they mean for the price point, I don't know, but personally I feel it is outstanding. What are your thoughts?
I bought a new super ocean with a yellow face in november last year. with working away from home the watch was like new as it had hardly been worn and suffered from no drops or anything. i had the watch on at the beginning of the month and noticed the bezel was "not set". i wound the bezel round so the zero was at the 12 o'clock position. shortly afterwards the bezel had moved and i noticed the watch face had started to rotate clockwise. when i then turned the bezel counter clockwise to straighten it up the face rotated clockwise. just wondered if this is a common fault. the watch still had over two months left on the warranty but i've been told by the people at the shop where i bought it it will take at least eight weeks to repair. any advice would be most grateful. cheers.
Help guys do anyone know if ap will release 42mm but with ceramic bezel and maybe pushers revised like the 44 mm? I read something on this forum days ago but I cannot find it anymoreAnyway I would like to get your thoughtThanks
Limited Edition watches...just got this email from the mighty O Feb 09, 2012 - 10:18 AM I was asking about 3574.51 Last Man on the Moon LE of 3,000 released in 2002 Here is what I was told... From: Mickey? Sent: Monday, February 06, 2012 7:36 PM To: OmegaUSA Subject: Re: Request forward: I have an Omega SpeedMaster Professional Moon Watch 3574.51 Last Man on the Moo... OmegaUSA 9:52 AM (22 minutes ago) to me Dear Mr. Davis, Thank you for your email. Yes this is a limited edition timepiece. We still have pieces in stock to sell even though it was first released in 2002. The timepieces do not have a manufacture date. This is still a active model, so watches are still being produced since 2002. Best regards, Omega Sales Support So odd to me...but hey at least now I know!!!!
Maybe some of you have seen this thread maybe not, but our good buddy Paul had the good fortune of buying a new SS Sky D only two weeks after showing casual interest in the watch. It was a quick turn of events for him but the opportunity present itself so he jumped. Here’s the thread...https://.rolexforums/showthre...00#post8110100Paul expressed some concern that the watch might not even sing to him but didn’t want to pass up the chance. I reached out to him saying if it’s not for him I might be a buyer. On a side note: Coincidentally I bought a d-blue almost 2 years ago and after a week realized it wasn’t really the watch for me. Guess who took that watch off my hands after a private message exchange!? ;)So I speak with Paul on the phone, explain that the watch is actually a watch my dad wants and I’ll be buying it for him (not as a gift unfortunately, just making all the arrangements, etc). After a lovely conversation, Paul tells me he’s gonna sell
