Hublot 511.NO.1180.LR wrist watches news:
Hi fellow members,I need your help. I'm starting my watch collection. Can you name me 3 of your favourite watch brand that is in your collection and why you choose that brand. I want brands that is worth collecting. Iconic brands in horology. I've got Raymond Weil, Tag Heuer- because I'm a sports person(especially F1), Breitling- because I'm a pilot, and Omega- their Co-Axial Mov't. Oh one more, Invicta- gateway brand to auto mov't.Name 3 of your favourite brands.........But no watches more than $10K.Cheers..........
My friendly AD delivered me a Novelty Rose Gold which I wasn't quite ready for as I have had a few other incomings recently. I have owned one before (albeit not the newer 26401 version), and of course it is a fabulous watch. Still all stickered up etc..Should I keep it or sell it? Anyone want it if the latter?
New to me anyway. I had been coveting a Moon watch since I sold my sapphire sandwich many lunar phases ago. Instead of getting the regular Pro, I decided to obtain something rarer than the 50th anniversary model, which I also really like. The extra sub-dial might seem too busy for some people, but I adore it. I also prefer the 3/10th hash marks as opposed to the busier and useless 5/10th found on the normal Pro.
Last day of the month and the 1312 has not left my wrist for a week now. Seems that it has taken over wrist time over most of my other watches. Such a charmer. Love looking at the thinner crown protector and the dial. It¡¯s thinner case design helps it slip under my shirt cuff much more easily.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
As discussed elsewhere in this forum (especially here), Thomas Magnum sported a 16750 matte dial for much of the series in the '80s.It was recently announced that the show is being rebooted and producer Peter Lenkov just posted on Instagram that the character will be wearing his personal Rolex GMT. Lenkov says he got it years ago because of the show. The new one has a coke bezel instead of a pepsi. Can anyone tell what reference is it from this image alone?
