Hi all,This morning I was reminded of a story I heard on the radio a while back.I don't know if I'm breaking rules by name dropping but I'll give it my best shot. A comedian (his name escapes me) was doing a show with another much more famous comic whose name rhymes with "Rice Play". And they were back stage waiting to go on. Rice of course was being his usual obnoxious self and patting himself on the back about how he was the greatest comic ever to live and to prove it he was showing the nameless comic his "bling". And I believe the brief conversation went something like this:Rice: "Hey!, You see this watch?! (shoveing it in the guys face making sure every jewel-encrusted part was seen) This watch cost me forty grand. Whatta-you tink a dat?"Nameless: "What time do you have?"Rice:"7:35"Nameless: ( pointing to his watch)" Me too...$24.99"

What do you think about this one? I Think the Master Co-Axial is really cool and a very impressive movement. Since I'm working in a cockpit environment I guess the 15000 gaus thing couldn't hurt anyway. I really like this one - fits everything as I see it. I'm looking to add a PAM292 to my collection. I was given a price of $8495 plus tax (this is in Toronto), by the AD. Just wondering if this is a good price, or should I look elsewhere. I know in the US they're around $7500, but the exchange rate brings it to a similar price.
