TW Steel TW834 wrist watches news:
For the 2013 holiday season, Xetum of California is releasing their second ever limited edition. Building off of the Tyndall design, this special version will have a PVD case, black trappings and a carbon fiber dial. The Tyndall, which is perhaps our favorite of their watches, is a modern play off of a classic field design. With legible numerals in both 12 and 24hr scales, simple fence post hands, sub-seconds, and their standard 40mm lugless case, the Tyndall has a clean, restrained look with a masculine edge.We had the chance to see the new Tyndall LTD in person, and were quite impressed by how well the carbon fiber worked with the overall watch. As someone who is not typically drawn to carbon fiber (a bit too sporty and flashy for my taste), I didn't expect to personally like it. Well, I was pleasantly surprised by how subtle and effective it was. The carbon fiber adds texture and a dynamic finish to the back drop. This makes the white of the numerals jump out and almost appear as tho
I have seen them advertised in WatchTime since 2006 and think they are good looking watches. Does anyone know anything about them besides being owned by citizen? Just asking...
Greetings to HD Today is a good day for the Russell. Fog, grey, cold, so I need something with more colors to show me the time until I can go home. I only changed the strap on it, since the black one was a bit too long for my small wrists. It fits better to one of the watches where the lugs aren't that far from each other.
Hey TRF,I've always appreciated the opinions from you guys and how helpful TRF can be Well, long story short I'm thinking of buying my first AP! I've always been a Rolex guy and have never owned any other swiss watch, but after selling my 116710 GMT2c, I'm thinking about buying the SS AP Diver. I've really been longing for a strap watch, especially here in Hawaii here the humidity can really make wearing an un-adjustable watch uncomfortable from the cool mornings to hot afternoons, and the AP Diver seems to complement my lifestyle being in the ocean and swimming quite a bit. I've done some research, but I just wanted to ask some questions and hear your thoughts:- I know and have read that the Diver wears bigger than 42mm which is a concern for me, as my wrists are around 6.3-6.4 inches. I'm 6 feet tall, but a more slender build at 180 lbs. I've always thought that 40mm is my limit for watches as I don't want to own something that will overwhelm my wrist, but I've realllllly been lustin
I was going through old jewellery boxes the other night and came across an old Omega watch. It is all gold with the Omega name logo and name at the top, and 'De Ville' with '-swiss made-' at the VERY bottom in small writing. It is a round face watch with lines indicating the hours (no Roman numeral) around the face. It is a small (single?) clap watch, and on the back face of the watch it has written QUARTZ. 1365 (maybe a serial number?)Could any of you be able to tell me what the make of it (or similar) was? Thanks :)
